Solution to the problem that C3 smart ring APP cannot connect:

1. Fully charge the smart ring first. Connect the charging cable to the charging compartment, then put the ring in and wait for 2 hours to charge.

2. Turn on the Bluetooth function of the mobile phone and restart the mobile phone. Download the APP on Google Play or APP Store: QRunning.

3. The smart ring may automatically shut down after being fully charged. This is a protection mechanism against overcharging. At this time, you need to activate the ring.

Put the ring into the charging compartment, turn it slightly left and right, and move slowly. When the ring leaves the charging point, the two green lights on the inside will light up, indicating that the activation is successful.

4. Put the ring on your finger, open the APP, and connect the device. If the ring is not found, go back and reconnect. Repeat this a few times until you can see the ring.

The first connection speed will be slower because the smart ring needs to synchronize data with the mobile phone.

5. Another solution for APP connection: Put the smart ring into the charging compartment, the indicator light of the charging compartment lights up (if the indicator light does not light up, please connect the charging cable to the charging compartment for charging), and close the lid. Open the APP to find the connected device. If you don’t see the ring, please go back and continue connecting. Repeat several times to see it.

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

RETURNS

Order cancellation
